Introducing #Agent99
The Holstee fam is proud to introduce our in-house magician- Ilya Spektor.:: :: :: :: ::Nice to meet you. My name is Ilya Spektor and I am the first Agent99. In less than 99 days I will do everything I can to complete 99 risks. While they vary in scope and difficulty, all risks follow 1 simple rule – make a positive impact; whether its for Holstee, the planet, or just to make people smile.
Starting Holstee in the heat of the recession was a big risk, but Fabian, Dave and Mike were passionate about running a business that focused on more than just the bottom line. Two years later, they are living their dream and growing it with the help of a rockstar team – the risk turned out to be the best decision of their life. They were determined for Holstee to maintain a culture of proactive risk taking. As a result for the next two years, on top of their weekly goals, they also agreed on a risk of the week. Finding the weekly risk would generally start something like "wouldn't it be so cool if we...' Now they are taking this type of risk taking to a whole new level. My role as Agent99 at Holstee means that risks will be planned and happening literally everyday.
We've defined most of the risks here on www.agent99.holstee.com. The list is ambitious but not yet complete - I need your input. I have made a lot of progress since becoming an agent99, however there is a long way to go. I am hoping for feedback, ideas, and any leads that might help me hammer these risks out. A lot of times the success of a risk comes down to knowing the right place or person, so keep an ear out as I make progress and suggest help when you can. This is a chance to do a lot of good and your input is vitally needed.Ok times running, so I got to get back. Hello Holstee world! I’m Sarah, a new addition to the team! I’m a student at the Fashion Institute of Technology here in the city and alongside another internship I’ve come aboard here at Holstee! I was able to inaugurate my first day by revamping the look of the office a bit! After getting a brief update on all the exciting things ahead for Holstee I was given the freedom to makeover a huge wall in the work area. With the Holstee Tees, Fins, inspiration, prototypes and quotes already on the wall I just re-organized, added a few core Holstee sayings and tadaaaa: a brand new Holstee wall! (Photos below.) My first day at Holstee was definitely a success. There was great music to work to provided by Mike, the official Holstee DJ and lunch to satisfy all our taste buds made by Holstee's own top chef Dave. The music, food and great people were icing on the cake since I'm able to contribute to such a great Company like Holstee. I look forward to all the exciting things ahead and I won't hold back from sharing, so stay tuned! :)
