...than our multi purpose Sipora Rice cooker. Having grown up on Persian food, we love our rice (+ tadig) and now, we love our rice cooker. We decided to pick one up so we could more (time/cost) effectively enjoy our favorite rice potatoes, broccoli, artichoke and carrot dishes prepped steamed to perfection. As of late, we've learned that we are simply scratching the surface of this wondrous machine. As it turns out it is capable of much more... we've found it can boil pasta in record time, cook the fluffiest of omelets and can even be used to make Pad Thai.
